Sweetheart Swirl Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chocolates

01 - 6 ounces white chocolate (170g), coarsely chopped
02 - 2 ounces pink candy melts (about 1/2 cup)
03 - 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (226g), coarsely chopped

→ Toppings

04 - Candy hearts
05 - Valentine's sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
02 - Melt white chocolate and pink candy melts together using a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent seizing.
03 - Melt semi-sweet chocolate and pour onto prepared baking sheet. Spread into a large rectangle.
04 - Drizzle the pink and white chocolate mixture on top. Use a toothpick or knife to create swirls. Top with candy hearts and sprinkles.
05 - Let chocolate set uncovered at room temperature or in refrigerator for about 45 minutes until hardened. Break into pieces as desired.

03 - Use pure chocolate bars, not chips for best results
