# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
02 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon butter
05 - 4 slices sourdough or rye bread
06 - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
07 - 1 tablespoon oil for grilling
08 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or garlic aioli
09 - 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté mushrooms in butter over medium heat until golden brown and tender. Set aside.
02 - Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form patties slightly larger than the bread and cook in a skillet until browned on both sides.
03 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bread. Place Swiss cheese on both sides, then add the beef patty and sautéed mushrooms.
04 - Heat a skillet and grill the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and crispy, flipping carefully.
