# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, diced
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 can (approximately 10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream
06 - 1 packet taco seasoning
07 - 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
08 - 2 lbs frozen shredded hash browns
09 - 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese

# Directions:

01 - Cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic in a hot pan until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Transfer the cooked beef mixture to a crockpot. Add diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese soup, frozen shredded hash browns, and shredded cheese. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
03 - Cook the mixture on low heat for 4 hours or on high heat for 2 hours, until fully heated and the flavors are well combined.
