# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
02 - 3 diced jalapeños
03 - 1/4 cup bacon bits
04 - 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 2 cups crushed pork rinds
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 tablespoon heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeños, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
02 - Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F. In one bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well blended. In another bowl, place the pork rind crumbs for coating.
03 - Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out portions of the cheese mixture and roll them into balls. Dip each ball into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated, then roll in the pork rind crumbs. Place coated bites on a parchment-lined baking tray.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated cheese bites in the basket, ensuring they do not touch. Lightly spray the tops of the bites with cooking spray. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.
05 - Allow the cheese bites to cool in the air fryer basket for a few minutes before removing. Serve warm.
