Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base and Protein

01 - 1 30-32 ounce bag frozen tater tots
02 - 16 ounces diced ham

→ Cheese

03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or monterrey jack cheese

→ Liquid Mix

05 - 8 large eggs
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Seasonings

08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - Place the tater tots, diced ham, 1 cup of shredded cheddar, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella into the prepared baking dish. Mix together evenly using your hands.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce if using until fully combined.
04 - Pour the whisked egg mixture over the tater tot and ham mixture in the baking dish.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
06 - Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the baked casserole and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
