Heat oven to 450°F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.

Place 2-3 tots per mini muffin cup or 4-5 for regular size.

Bake 10 minutes on bottom rack.

Press tots with greased shot glass to form cups, bake 15 more minutes until golden.

Fill each cup with cheese, bake 4-5 minutes until melted.

Add sour cream, bacon and green onions. Serve warm.
