Tater Tot Appetizer Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 48-60 frozen tater tots.
02 - 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
04 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
05 - 2 green onions, sliced (tops only).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 450°F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
02 - Place 2-3 tots per mini muffin cup or 4-5 for regular size.
03 - Bake 10 minutes on bottom rack.
04 - Press tots with greased shot glass to form cups, bake 15 more minutes until golden.
05 - Fill each cup with cheese, bake 4-5 minutes until melted.
06 - Add sour cream, bacon and green onions. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Can make ahead and reheat.
02 - Keeps 5 days refrigerated.
03 - Reheat at 350°F.
