Place the cubed sirloin steak on top of the potatoes and scatter minced garlic evenly.

Drizzle the heavy cream and melted butter over the steak and potato mixture to retain moisture.

Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Stir gently, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top, and cover until the cheese melts. Optionally, top with crispy bacon bits and chopped green onions.
