# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
02 - 5 Yukon gold potatoes, diced

→ Seasonings and Dairy

03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 packet ranch seasoning
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 3 tbsp melted butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Directions:

01 - Toss the diced potatoes into the bottom of the crockpot and sprinkle with ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Place the cubed sirloin steak on top of the potatoes and scatter minced garlic evenly.
03 - Drizzle the heavy cream and melted butter over the steak and potato mixture to retain moisture.
04 - Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender.
05 - Stir gently, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top, and cover until the cheese melts. Optionally, top with crispy bacon bits and chopped green onions.
