Teriyaki Beef and Avocado (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Rice

01 - 2 cups rice
02 - 3 cups chicken broth
03 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Beef

06 - 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
07 - 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
08 - 1/4 cup honey
09 - 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

→ Avocado

10 - 1 avocado, sliced

# Directions:

01 - Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
02 - In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Add the beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
03 - Grill the marinated beef until cooked through and slightly charred.
