Thai Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - ½ cup Thai tea mix
02 - 4 cups water
03 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 cup half and half

# Instructions:

01 - Bring water to boil in saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea, stir to moisten.
02 - After 5 minutes steeping, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
03 - Strain tea into pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
04 - Fill glass with ice, add tea to ¾ full, top with 2-4 tablespoons half and half. Stir to mix.
