Bring water to boil in saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea, stir to moisten.

After 5 minutes steeping, add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Strain tea into pitcher and refrigerate until cold.

Fill glass with ice, add tea to ¾ full, top with 2-4 tablespoons half and half. Stir to mix.
