Triple Berry Lemonade (Print)

A vibrant summer drink combining fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and a blend of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups water, divided
02 - 1 cup sugar
03 - 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
04 - 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
05 - 1 ½ cups frozen triple berry blend, thawed, or 2 cups fresh berries

02 - In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water and sugar to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon peel; allow to cool.
03 - In a blender, combine 1 cup of cooled lemon mixture and the berries; cover and process until well blended. Strain mixture and discard seeds.
04 - Pour the berry mixture, juice from thawed berries, and remaining water into the pot with the remaining lemon mixture. Stir well. Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.
