Tropical Mango Banana Smoothie (Print)

A luscious blend of ripe mangoes and banana with Greek yogurt and coconut milk for a refreshing tropical treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
02 - 1 banana, sliced

→ Dairy

03 - 240g Greek yogurt

→ Liquids

04 - 240ml coconut milk
05 - Ice cubes, to taste

→ Sweeteners

06 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh mint leaves

# Directions:

01 - Select ripe mangoes for maximum sweetness. Peel and dice the mangoes into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana.
02 - In a blender, add the mango pieces, banana slices, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk.
03 - If desired, add honey for extra sweetness. Add a handful of ice cubes for a chilled consistency.
04 - Process on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
05 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

# Notes:

01 - For the best flavor, use fully ripened mangoes with a slight give when gently squeezed.
