Turkey Melt Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sandwich

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard
03 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices deli turkey
05 - 1 medium red tomato, thinly sliced
06 - ½ cup fresh baby spinach
07 - 4 strips cooked bacon
08 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened

# Instructions:

01 - Lay out bread slices and spread honey mustard on each. Cut cheese slices in half.
02 - Layer cheese, turkey, tomatoes, spinach, and bacon on bread slices according to assembly instructions.
03 - Spread softened butter on outside of each bread slice.
04 - Cook in skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
05 - Transfer to plates and serve warm.

01 - Use freshly sliced cheese for best results
02 - Can be made dairy-free with substitutions
