Turkey Stuffing Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups mashed potatoes.
02 - 3 cups stuffing.
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded turkey.
04 - Gravy for serving.
05 - Black pepper to taste.
06 - Panko breadcrumbs (optional).
07 - Butter and oil for frying (if using panko method).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 - Warm up potatoes and stuffing until easy to handle.
03 - Mix potatoes, stuffing, and turkey in a large bowl.
04 - Add black pepper if desired.
05 - Form into firm balls, like making snowballs.
06 - Put balls on baking sheet.
07 - Bake 10-12 minutes.
08 - Top with hot gravy and serve.
