Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13-inch dish with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

Slice rolls horizontally without separating them. Place bottom half in prepared dish.

Layer turkey followed by Swiss cheese on bottom half of rolls. Place top half of rolls on cheese.

Melt butter and stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and everything bagel seasoning.

Brush butter mixture over tops of rolls. Let sit 5 minutes to soak up butter.

Cover with foil and bake 30-35 minutes until warm and cheese is melted. Remove foil during last 5 minutes.
