Voodoo Egg Rolls Cajun Snack (Print)

Flavor-packed Voodoo egg rolls with Cajun-seasoned fillings.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cooked crawfish tails or shrimp, chopped
02 - 1/2 cup andouille sausage, diced
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
05 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
06 - 1/2 cup cooked rice
07 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
08 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley
09 - 6–8 egg roll wrappers
10 - Water, for sealing
11 - Vegetable oil, for frying
12 - Cheese sauce or spicy ranch, for dipping

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped crawfish or shrimp, diced sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, cooked rice, Cajun seasoning, and chopped parsley.
02 - Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
03 - Heat vegetable oil to 175°C (350°F) and fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, approximately 3–4 minutes.
04 - Drain egg rolls on paper towels and serve hot with cheese sauce or spicy ranch for dipping.
