Warm Sweet Blackberry Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup melted butter
02 - 1 cup self-rising flour
03 - 1½ cups sugar
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
06 - 3 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
02 - Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a baking dish. Spread the flour mixture evenly over the butter. Do not stir.
03 - Distribute the blackberries evenly on top of the batter.
04 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the cobbler for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
05 - Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, if desired.
