Watermelon Margarita Mocktail (Print)

A refreshing blend of watermelon, lime and agave topped with a zesty Tajin rim for a perfect summer drink experience.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon, plus a small wedge for garnish
02 - Ice
03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice, plus more for the glass rim
04 - 2 tablespoons agave nectar
05 - 1 tablespoon coarse salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Tajin seasoning
07 - Lime wheel, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Place the cubed watermelon in a blender or food processor and blend until it liquifies. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to separate the juice from any chunks of melon. Pour the juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
02 - Add 2 tablespoons of the lime juice and the agave nectar to the shaker and cover. Shake until the ingredients are well mixed and chilled.
03 - Place lime juice on a small saucer or plate. On a separate small plate, combine the coarse salt and Tajin seasoning. Dip the rim of a rocks glass in the lime juice, followed by the seasoning mixture to coat the rim.
04 - Pour ice into the glass, then pour the watermelon mixture over the ice. Garnish with a small wedge of watermelon and a ring of lime.

# Notes:

01 - For a smoother texture, ensure the watermelon is properly strained before mixing.
