Place the cubed watermelon in a blender or food processor and blend until it liquifies. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to separate the juice from any chunks of melon. Pour the juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Add 2 tablespoons of the lime juice and the agave nectar to the shaker and cover. Shake until the ingredients are well mixed and chilled.

Place lime juice on a small saucer or plate. On a separate small plate, combine the coarse salt and Tajin seasoning. Dip the rim of a rocks glass in the lime juice, followed by the seasoning mixture to coat the rim.

Pour ice into the glass, then pour the watermelon mixture over the ice. Garnish with a small wedge of watermelon and a ring of lime.
