Watermelon White Claw Grapes (Print)

Frozen grapes infused with watermelon, vodka, lime, and sugar for a refreshing adult snack.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound seedless green grapes, removed from the stem and rinsed clean
02 - 12 ounce can (1 ½ cups) Watermelon White Claw
03 - 3 ounces vodka
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
05 - ½ cup granulated sugar

# Directions:

01 - Add the seedless green grapes, watermelon white claw, vodka, and lime juice to a medium container with a lid. Ensure all grapes are submerged in the mixture. Cover with the lid and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.
02 - Line a medium-sized rimmed sheet tray with parchment paper. Add the granulated sugar to a shallow bowl and set aside.
03 - Transfer the soaked grapes to a strainer and allow the liquid to drain. Roll 6-8 grapes in the sugar until fully coated, then use a slotted spoon to transfer them to the prepared sheet tray in a single layer. Repeat until all grapes are coated.
04 - Place the sheet tray of sugar-coated grapes into the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours until completely frozen.
05 - Remove the frozen grapes from the sheet pan and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Label these sugared grapes 'adults only' to avoid confusion with children's snacks due to their alcohol content.
02 - The longer the grapes soak, the more flavor they absorb. Aim for 8-12 hours or up to 24 hours for best results.
03 - For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the White Claw and vodka with flavored seltzer.
