08 - 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

09 - 2 cups water
10 - 2 chicken bouillon cubes
11 - 3 tablespoons butter
12 - 3 tablespoons flour
13 - 1 cup sour cream
14 - ½ teaspoon salt
15 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
16 - 4 ounces green chilies
17 - ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
18 - 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
