White Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces (340 grams) white chocolate chips, bar or wafers.
02 - 3/4 cups (100-130 grams) optional fillings (nuts, dried fruit, etc).
03 - Optional toppings for sprinkling.
04 - Optional flavor extracts.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
02 - Place white chocolate in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted into a smooth spreadable consistency.
03 - Mix in roasted nuts, dried fruit or other fillings of your choice. Stir in optional flavor extracts if desired.
04 - Pour white chocolate mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread in even thin layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
05 - Sprinkle on optional toppings, gently pressing them into chocolate to help them adhere. Sprinkle lightly with fine sea salt if desired.
06 - Place baking sheet in fridge. Chill until hardened, about 20-30 minutes. Break into pieces.

01 - Can use various types of chocolate including dark, milk or semi-sweet.
02 - Nuts should be roasted before using.
03 - Many topping options including nuts, dried fruit, candy, sprinkles, zest.
04 - Can add flavor extracts like vanilla, peppermint, orange or rum.
