White Chocolate Rocky Road (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound white chocolate.
02 - 2 cups total mix-ins:.
03 - Pistachios (or other nuts).
04 - Dried cherries.
05 - Dried apricots.
06 - Mini colored marshmallows.
07 - Jelly candies.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment, leaving overhang. Chop larger add-ins.
02 - Microwave in 30-second burst, then 15-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
03 - Stir in nuts, fruit, marshmallows and candies. Break up sticky pieces as you add them.
04 - Spread in pan. Let harden 3-4 hours at room temp or in fridge.
05 - Lift out with parchment. Slice into squares when slightly warm.

02 - Melt chocolate slowly.
03 - Cut when just warm.
