Grind strawberries to fine powder, sift out seeds. Skip if using ready powder.

Heat cream until simmering. Slightly melt chocolate in bowl.

Pour cream over chocolate, wait 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add strawberry powder.

Chill ganache 3 hours until firm. Roll into balls, chill again.

Melt coating chocolate. Dip chilled balls, tap off excess.

Top with crushed strawberries before set. Chill 30 minutes.
