1 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Chips (Print)

Super crunchy chips made from just cottage cheese. High in protein, keto-friendly, and easily customizable with different seasonings.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat, small curds).

# Directions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Scoop 1 tablespoon cottage cheese portions onto sheet, 2 inches apart. Flatten to 1/4 inch with spoon.
03 - Add any optional seasonings on top of flattened cheese.
04 - Cook 40-50 minutes until edges are dark brown and surface is golden to medium brown. Check at 35 minutes.
05 - Let cool completely 20-30 minutes until fully firm and crunchy.

# Notes:

01 - Use cottage cheese with at least 14g protein per 1/2 cup.
02 - Make small batches as leftovers lose crunch in fridge.
03 - Can reheat briefly to restore crunchiness.
