Halve avocados and remove pits. Scoop out flesh and slice each half into 5 lengthwise pieces.

Combine panko, Parmesan, and pepper in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk eggs.

Dip each avocado slice in egg, then coat thoroughly with panko mixture.

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place coated avocado slices in a single layer. Cook at 350°F for 3 minutes, flip, then cook 3 more minutes until golden.

Mix ranch dressing with sriracha in a small bowl.

Let fries cool briefly. Optionally sprinkle with salt and lime juice. Serve immediately with the spicy ranch dip.
