Ground Beef Veggie Hobo Casserole (Print)

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
03 - 300 grams frozen mixed vegetables
04 - 450 grams potatoes, diced
05 - 300 grams cream of mushroom soup
06 - 120 grams shredded cheese
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef together with chopped onion until beef is fully cooked. Drain and discard any excess fat.
03 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the cooked beef and onions with frozen mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased casserole dish, spreading it into an even layer. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
05 - Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, and return to the oven. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
