Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave, using 30-second bursts and stirring between each until smooth and combined. Stir in a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Spread this mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Similarly, melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Stir in the remaining teaspoon of vanilla extract, fold in the Christmas sprinkles, and carefully layer on top of the semi-sweet chocolate mixture.

Top with extra Christmas sprinkles for a festive touch. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour or until set. Once firm, slice into 36 even squares and serve.
