Best Christmas Fudge Recipe (Print)

Needed quick gifts for neighbors and teachers. Found chocolate chips in the pantry, condensed milk in the back. An hour later had pretty layered fudge ready to wrap and give.

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 6 oz white chocolate chips.
03 - 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
05 - 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles.

# Directions:

01 - Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the sides for easy removal later. Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
02 - Place the white chocolate chips in one medium bowl and the semi-sweet chocolate chips in another. Divide the sweetened condensed milk evenly between the two bowls.
03 - Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave, using 30-second bursts and stirring between each until smooth and combined. Stir in a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Spread this mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
04 - Similarly, melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Stir in the remaining teaspoon of vanilla extract, fold in the Christmas sprinkles, and carefully layer on top of the semi-sweet chocolate mixture.
05 - Top with extra Christmas sprinkles for a festive touch. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour or until set. Once firm, slice into 36 even squares and serve.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure each chocolate mixture is smooth before layering.
02 - This fudge makes for a wonderful gift, packed in decorative boxes for loved ones.
