01 -
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9-inch cast iron skillet with a good coat of baking spray.
02 -
Mix up the brownie batter according to the package directions, then fold in 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
03 -
Spread half the brownie batter into the prepared skillet, smoothing it out. Scatter the chopped Birthday Cake Lindor Truffles evenly over the batter.
04 -
Dollop the remaining batter on top of the truffles. Use the back of a spoon to spread it out a bit—it doesn't need to be perfect!
05 -
Bake the skillet for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the center is firm but still gooey.
06 -
Let the brownie skillet cool for 5–10 minutes. For a gooier texture, serve sooner; for a firmer texture, wait a bit longer.
07 -
Top with scoops of ice cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup or fudge sauce, and an extra sprinkle of rainbow sprinkles before serving.
