Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups quick cooking white rice.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 1 medium white onion, chopped.
04 - 4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped.
05 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup.
06 - 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, divided.
07 - 1/2 cup milk.
08 - 1/3 cup crushed potato chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook rice per package directions.
03 - Sauté onion and broccoli in butter.
04 - Add soup, half cheese, milk until melted.
05 - Mix in rice, transfer to dish.
06 - Top with remaining cheese and chips.
07 - Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
