→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
02 - 1 cup pineapple juice
03 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
06 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
11 - 1 tablespoon water
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

13 - Green onions, sliced
14 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray.
02 - Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared rack. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
03 - While the wings bake, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
04 - Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Whisk the slurry into the saucepan and simmer until the glaze thickens, about 5 minutes.
05 - Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the glaze over them. Toss to coat evenly.
06 - Return the glazed wings to the wire rack and bake for another 10 minutes to caramelize.
07 - Garnish the wings with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For extra heat, increase the chili flakes or add fresh chili.
