In a small mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Frank’s hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until evenly mixed.

Brush flatbreads evenly with ranch dressing.

Spread Buffalo chicken and diced bell pepper evenly over the flatbreads. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, and sliced green onions on top.

If using a pizza stone, place the flatbread onto a pizza peel or the back of a baking sheet and slide it onto the stone. Bake at 450°F until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden-brown, approximately 5-10 minutes. If using a baking sheet, bake at 425°F for 5-8 minutes. Check flatbread packaging for specific instructions.

Allow flatbreads to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Drizzle extra ranch dressing over the top for added flavor.
