Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
02 - 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce (or other Buffalo sauce)
03 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 flatbreads (15 ounce package)
07 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus extra for garnish
08 - 1 green bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
09 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
11 - 1/4 cup sliced green onion

# Instructions:

01 - If using a pizza stone, place it inside the oven and preheat to 450°F. If using a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 425°F.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Frank’s hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
03 - Brush flatbreads evenly with ranch dressing.
04 - Spread Buffalo chicken and diced bell pepper evenly over the flatbreads. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, and sliced green onions on top.
05 - If using a pizza stone, place the flatbread onto a pizza peel or the back of a baking sheet and slide it onto the stone. Bake at 450°F until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden-brown, approximately 5-10 minutes. If using a baking sheet, bake at 425°F for 5-8 minutes. Check flatbread packaging for specific instructions.
06 - Allow flatbreads to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Drizzle extra ranch dressing over the top for added flavor.

# Notes:

01 - You can use naan bread, pita bread, or premade pizza crust as an alternative to flatbread.
02 - For additional heat, drizzle extra Frank’s hot sauce over the finished flatbread.
03 - This recipe is great for repurposing leftover chicken for a quick, easy meal.
