Buffalo Chicken Thighs Crispy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken thighs
02 - 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

→ Spice Rub

03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all spice rub ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly until well integrated.
02 - Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Generously coat all sides of the chicken with the prepared spice rub.
03 - Preheat air fryer or oven to 190°C (375°F).
04 - Place chicken thighs in the preheated air fryer with skin side down and cook for 12 minutes. Flip to skin side up and continue cooking for another 12-14 minutes until chicken reaches proper internal temperature.
05 - Place chicken thighs skin side up on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Do not flip the chicken to maintain crispy skin.
06 - Once the chicken is cooked, either toss thighs in buffalo sauce to fully coat or drizzle sauce over the top according to preference.
