Cadbury Egg Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - ½ cup light corn syrup
02 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 3 cups powdered sugar
05 - 1 pinch kosher salt
06 - 1 tablespoon milk
07 - 1 drop yellow gel food coloring

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces milk chocolate, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Beat butter and corn syrup. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, salt and milk. Split mixture, color one part yellow.
02 - Line 9-inch pan with parchment. Pour half melted chocolate, spread white filling, add yellow filling, top with remaining chocolate.
03 - Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Cut with hot knife into squares.

01 - Use hot knife for clean cuts
02 - Can use semi-sweet chocolate instead
03 - Store in refrigerator
