Cheeseburger Garlic Bombs (Print)

Savory biscuit dough packed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and baked to golden perfection.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
02 - 1/2 cup diced Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 tbsp melted butter

→ Proteins

04 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Bread & Dough

05 - 16.3 oz can of biscuit dough

→ Aromatics & Herbs

06 - 2 minced garlic cloves
07 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet, cook ground beef with minced garlic until thoroughly browned. Drain excess grease.
03 - Incorporate cubed cheddar and diced Parmesan cheeses into the beef mixture, stirring until well combined.
04 - Flatten each biscuit dough piece, add a portion of the beef and cheese mixture to the center, fold edges up and pinch firmly to seal.
05 - Arrange sealed bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Allow bombs to cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
