Crescent Roll Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls.
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
06 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to exactly 375°F and line baking sheet thoroughly with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Mix shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, minced garlic and chopped parsley in bowl until well combined.
03 - Season cheese mixture with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring even distribution of seasonings.
04 - Unroll crescent dough carefully on lightly floured surface and separate into individual triangles along perforations.
05 - Place approximately one tablespoon of cheese filling at wide end of each triangle.
06 - Roll each triangle carefully from wide end to point, ensuring filling stays contained.
07 - Tuck edges of dough while rolling to completely seal filling inside.
08 - Place rolled crescents on prepared baking sheet with adequate spacing between each.
09 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until rolls become golden brown and flaky.
10 - Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over low heat until completely liquid.
11 - Stir garlic powder into melted butter until well combined.
12 - Remove rolls from oven when golden brown and immediately brush with garlic butter.
13 - Sprinkle additional fresh parsley over buttered rolls for garnish.
14 - Allow rolls to cool slightly before serving to prevent burning.
15 - Serve while still warm for best taste and texture.
