Cheesy Ground Beef Rice (Print Version)

01 - 680 grams ground beef
02 - 400 grams cooked white rice
03 - 305 grams condensed cream of mushroom soup
04 - 120 millilitres whole milk
05 - 150 grams shredded cheddar cheese, divided
06 - 5 millilitres Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1.25 millilitres garlic powder
08 - 1.25 millilitres onion powder
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned and no longer pink.
03 - Drain excess fat from the cooked beef.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine browned beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 100 grams cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly into a 23 x 33 centimetre baking dish.
06 - Sprinkle the remaining 50 grams cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbling.
08 - Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
