Cheesy Sloppy Joe Stromboli (Print)

Golden stromboli stuffed with beef, cheese, and tangy tomato sauce for a comforting dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground beef
02 - ½ yellow onion, diced
03 - 15 ounces tomato sauce
04 - ½ cup ketchup
05 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - ¼ teaspoon salt
11 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
12 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

13 - 1 canned pizza crust
14 - 2 cups Colby cheese, shredded

→ Topping

15 - 1 tablespoon melted butter

# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced onions and ground beef until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease, then season with Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar until everything is well combined. Turn off the heat and set aside.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Roll out the pizza dough onto the sheet and press it out evenly.
04 - Spread the prepared meat mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded Colby cheese over the meat mixture.
05 - Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting with one of the long edges. Pinch the seams and ends to seal.
06 - Brush the melted butter over the surface of the stromboli. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - Allow the stromboli to cool slightly before slicing into portions. Serve warm.
