Chicken 40 Cloves Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
02 - 40 cloves garlic, cleaned but kept whole
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
06 - ½ teaspoon cumin
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill
08 - ½ teaspoon dried thyme

→ Liquids and Garnish

09 - ½ cup white wine
10 - ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375℉. Pat chicken thighs dry and cut in half.
02 - Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high. Brown chicken on both sides until no longer pink. Remove to plate.
03 - Add garlic to pan with seasonings. Add wine and cook 2 minutes until reduced. Stir in broth.
04 - Return chicken to pan. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve over rice or noodles.

03 - Keeps well for 3 days refrigerated
