Chicken Nacho Dip Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 chicken breasts (1.25 lbs).
02 - 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.
03 - 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes, drained.
04 - 1/4 cup taco seasoning.
05 - Pinch cayenne pepper (optional).
06 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed.
07 - 6 ounces Mexican cheese blend.
08 - 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch.
09 - 15 ounces white beans, drained.
10 - Roma tomatoes (garnish).
11 - Cilantro (garnish).
12 - JalapeƱos (garnish).
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine broth, chicken, tomatoes, seasonings, and cheeses in crockpot.
02 - Cook on high for 1-2 hours until the chicken is done.
03 - Remove the chicken and shred it.
04 - Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the mixture.
05 - Return the shredded chicken to the mixture and add the beans.
06 - Adjust seasonings to taste.
07 - Garnish with tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeƱos. Serve warm.
