# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs.
02 - 5 tablespoons butter, melted.
03 - 32 ounces cream cheese, room temp.
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
08 - 1/4 cup espresso, cooled.
09 - 1/4 cup heavy cream, room temp.
10 - 4 large eggs, room temp.
11 - Fresh berries (optional toppings).
12 - Whipped cream (optional toppings).
13 - Chocolate shavings (optional toppings).

# Instructions:

01 - Press crust into pan, bake at 350°F.
02 - Reduce to 325°F for filling.
03 - Mix cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, vanilla.
04 - Add melted chocolate, espresso, cream.
05 - Slowly add beaten eggs.
06 - Tap out air bubbles, pour in pan.
07 - Bake with temperature changes.
08 - Cool gradually, then chill.
