Deep Dish Pizza Cupcakes (Print)

Handheld pizza bites with crescent roll base, pizza sauce, melted mozzarella, and customizable toppings baked in muffin tins.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 230 grams refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Sauce and Cheese

02 - 120 milliliters pizza sauce
03 - 110 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 2 grams garlic powder

→ Toppings

05 - Pepperoni slices
06 - Diced ham
07 - Cooked sausage, crumbled
08 - Chopped bell peppers
09 - Chopped onions
10 - Sliced mushrooms

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease 8 standard muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - Slice crescent roll dough into 8 even squares. Gently shape and press each square into the prepared muffin cups, ensuring the base and sides are covered.
03 - Sprinkle approximately 14 grams of mozzarella cheese into the bottom of each dough-lined cup. Spoon 15 milliliters of pizza sauce over the cheese layer.
04 - Distribute remaining mozzarella cheese evenly across the cups. Layer with selected toppings such as pepperoni, ham, sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Evenly dust each cupcake with garlic powder.
05 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven, loosen edges with a small knife, and serve hot.
