Flank Steak Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil.
02 - 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce.
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice.
04 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar.
05 - 2 pounds flank steak.
06 - Kosher salt.
07 - Black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar in large bowl.
02 - Place flank steak in marinade and coat thoroughly.
03 - Marinate for minimum 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
04 - Remove meat and pat dry with paper towels.
05 - Season lightly with salt and pepper.
06 - For grilling: Cook on medium-high heat 5 minutes per side.
07 - For broiling: Cook under high broiler 5 minutes each side.
08 - Check temperature - 130°F for medium-rare.
09 - Let rest before slicing against grain.
