Once the mixture is fully frozen, install the container into the Ninja Creami machine per the manufacturer's instructions. Select the 'Ice Cream' mode and let the machine process.

If the texture is not creamy enough after the first spin, create a small well in the center of the ice cream, add 1/4 cup of milk, and select the 'Re-Spin' mode.
