# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups heavy cream
02 - 1 cup whole milk
03 - 1/4 cup additional whole milk for re-spin (if needed)
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
06 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla bean paste, and a pinch of salt until the sugar dissolves completely.
02 - Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill line. Secure the lid and place the container on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
03 - Once the mixture is fully frozen, install the container into the Ninja Creami machine per the manufacturer's instructions. Select the 'Ice Cream' mode and let the machine process.
04 - If the texture is not creamy enough after the first spin, create a small well in the center of the ice cream, add 1/4 cup of milk, and select the 'Re-Spin' mode.
05 - Scoop the ice cream into a bowl or cone, top generously with rainbow sprinkles, and serve immediately.
