Garlic Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced.
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened.
04 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
09 - 4 large tortillas.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook minced garlic until it smells good, about 1-2 minutes.
02 - Put the cooked chicken in the skillet, add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat through.
03 - Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half the shredded cheese in a bowl.
04 - Take chicken off the heat and stir it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
05 - Spread the tortillas out and put equal amounts of chicken mixture in the middle of each one.
06 - Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
07 - Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.
08 - Heat a clean skillet and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts.
09 - Add fresh parsley on top if you want and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap the cheese for feta or goat cheese for different flavors.
02 - Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.
03 - Make the filling ahead and keep it in the fridge.
04 - Leftovers last 3 days in an airtight container.
05 - Reheat in a skillet or oven to keep them crispy.
