# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
02 - ¾ cup brown sugar
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - ¼ teaspoon salt
10 - ½ cup chopped pecans or almonds

→ For the glaze

11 - 1 cup powdered sugar
12 - 2 tablespoons milk
13 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
14 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
06 - Fold in the chopped nuts.
07 - Roll dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
08 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let the cookies cool before glazing.
09 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
