Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Gnocchi

01 - 500g of potato gnocchi

→ Sauce

02 - 240ml heavy cream
03 - 115g of Gorgonzola, crumbled
04 - 1/4 tsp table salt
05 - 1/8 tsp garlic powder

→ Garnish

06 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Pour heavy cream, crumbled Gorgonzola, salt, and garlic powder into a medium pan. Stir over gentle heat for about 15–20 minutes, or until it thickens and melts down completely.
02 - Heat a big pot of salted water until it just starts bubbling. Gently add the gnocchi, and they're ready when they rise to the top after 2–3 minutes. Drain well.
03 - Mix the drained gnocchi with the warm Gorgonzola sauce until everything's coated nicely. Dish it up and sprinkle some parsley on top before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - For extra creaminess, crumble some more Gorgonzola or sprinkle grated Parmesan right before serving.
