Holiday Bellini with Fruit (Print)

A bubbly holiday drink with fruits.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 oz sparkling wine or champagne, chilled
02 - 1 oz cranberry juice, unsweetened preferred
03 - 1 oz peach puree, fresh or frozen
04 - 1 tsp sugar or honey, optional to taste

→ Garnish and Optional Items

05 - fresh cranberries or peach slices for garnish
06 - ice, optional for chilling

# Directions:

01 - Place the sparkling wine in the fridge for at least 2 hours to ensure it is well chilled.
02 - Blend peaches until smooth, then strain to achieve a silky puree.
03 - Mix the peach puree and cranberry juice together in a small pitcher. Adjust sweetness with sugar or honey if necessary.
04 - Pour 2–3 tablespoons of the fruit mixture into a champagne flute.
05 - Slowly top the flute with sparkling wine, tilting the glass to preserve the bubbles.
06 - Gently stir with a spoon. Garnish with a cranberry or peach slice before serving.
