Homemade Egg Noodles Made Easy (Print)

01 - 1 egg
02 - 2 egg yolks
03 - 3 tablespoons cold water
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 cups flour

# Directions:

01 - Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks, cold water, salt, and flour. Knead the mixture until smooth.
02 - Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into strips using a pizza cutter or a similar tool.
03 - Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7-9 minutes. Serve as desired, such as in chicken soup or other dishes.
04 - Store uncooked noodles in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months.
