How to Make Lemon Balm Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tablespoons dried).
02 - Lemon slices for garnish.
03 - Honey to taste (optional).
04 - 1 quart purified water.

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 1 quart purified water to a boil.
02 - Put lemon balm leaves in a tea pot.
03 - Pour the water over the lemon balm leaves, stir, and let steep for 10 minutes.
04 - Pour or strain into your tea cup or mug. Add honey to taste. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a lemon balm leaf or two.

# Notes:

01 - Can use fresh or dried lemon balm leaves.
02 - Leaves can also be used in salads or jellies.
03 - Exercise caution with commercial herbs as they're not FDA monitored.
