Simmer equal parts sugar and water with fresh rosemary, then cool and strain.

Add gin, limoncello, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.

Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.
