Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Filling

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup salsa
05 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

→ Assembly

06 - 12 (6-inch) tortillas
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef and drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning according to package directions.
02 - Beat cream cheese until smooth, blend with salsa until uniform.
03 - Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas, top with beef and cheddar. Fold into pockets.
04 - Place on greased baking tray, brush tops with melted butter.
05 - Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
